Christians, Scientists Join Forces to Fight Global Warming

Some leading scientists and evangelical Christian leaders have agreed to put aside their fierce differences over the origin of life and work together to fight global warming.
I called this one. The National Association of Evangelicals is teaming up with Harvard to fight Global Warming.

Silliness over Global Warming causes
It figures that the National Association of Evangelicals has latched on to global warming as a cause. This allows them to stop thinking about their former leader's sexual peccadillos!
But are there no greater causes than this? Global warming appears to be a real thing, but it is far from clear that human activities cause it. Indeed, human activity may be reducing it! Scientists who monitor solar radiation readily admit that the solar output is substantially greater in the past several decades. Gee, what happens when we add more electricity to the oven's element? It gets hotter! And yet, the amount of heating reflected by ambient temperature is less than one would expect. One interesting observation: when all the planes were grounded for 9-11 solar monitors registered an increase in received solar radiation.
And some of the "solutions" to this problem amount to air pollution. It has been observed that after huge volcanic eruptions like Krakatoa, we experienced a year or more without summer...global cooling!
No, there is another agenda afoot in this "healing" of the world. And as Christians, while we are called to be stewards we are not to worship the creation either. God has better for us, and we should cling lightly to it, and concentrate on that which *is* eternal--the souls of those who live on this ball of dirt!
Cheers!
