Federal judge clears use of religion in care for veterans

The Department of Veterans Affairs’ increasing use of religion in treating ailing veterans does not violate the separation of church and state, a federal judge has ruled.
This is a service that the VA provides for those interested, not required of anyone. But Anne Gaylor and the Freedom from Religion Foundation have nothing better to do that try to take away veterans' benefits.
