IRS tells churches to stay out of abortion politics

Churches are basically being told that, if they preach against abortion, they can lose their tax-exempt status.

Inappropriate
This threat from the IRS is inappropriate. While I believe that churches should lose their tax exempt status is they directly try to sway the political process in favor of individuals or political parties, they have every right in the world to discuss specific issues until the cows come home.
No idea how the IRS thinks they have a leg to stand on on this one.
