WATCHING American teenagers partying on Saturday and going to church on Sunday made Dale Stephenson an ardent and aggressive atheist who used to delight in tormenting Christians. Yesterday he was installed as senior pastor of Melbourne's second biggest church, Crossway in Blackburn.
