He's a DJ who does a radio call-in show. The show is called "The Jesus Christ Show," and he's Neil Saavedra. It seems brash, but is it different than when a pastor says, "In the stead and by the command of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ forgive you all your sins"? Of course, Neil Saavedra is not a called and ordained servant of the Word, either.
